So you open your AI tool to help with next steps, then flip back to the notes to paste in the different pieces of fragmented context.

A record of the meeting is only useful if you can rely on it. And putting that conversation to work still takes more effort than it should.

That’s what we want to make easier with Wispr Flow Notetaker. We launched on Mac last month. Today, we’re bringing it to Windows.

Notetaker automatically detects and captures meetings on all the platforms you already use, finds answers across everything you’ve recorded, and helps you act on what was discussed. You can draft a follow-up directly in Notetaker, or connect your meeting history to tools like Claude and ChatGPT for more complex tasks.

The goal is to turn your conversations into a starting point for whatever you need to do next. There are four parts to getting that right.

Find the decision when you need it

A project rarely fits inside one meeting. You agree on a timeline with a customer, your team flags a constraint, and the date changes the following week. Notetaker connects those conversations, so you don’t have to remember when something was said or who said it.

You can ask, “What have we learned from our last month of customer calls?” and Notetaker searches across your recorded meeting history, with citations back to the source so you can quickly verify the details.

It works in the moment too. If you miss part of a discussion, ask “What did I miss?” and Notetaker will catch you up on what’s been said so far.

Give your AI tools the full context

A lot of what comes next can happen right inside Notetaker. Ask it to write a follow-up message or recap a discussion, and it already has all the information it needs.

For a more complex task, connect Notetaker to Claude or ChatGPT. Your notes and transcripts become available there, without another round of copying and pasting. You could ask, “Based on my customer meetings from the last month and the brand guide I attached, build a deck for our next campaign.” Now, instead of starting from scratch, your AI tool already knows what’s been discussed and can get you what you need faster.

Notetaker is enterprise-ready

Your team’s meetings can include customer details, internal plans, and decisions that aren’t ready to be shared. Your organization should be able to control how that information is handled.

Your meeting data is never used to train AI models. Admins have control over how the product is used across their organization. They can turn Notetaker on or off for their team and set privacy restrictions that individual users can’t change.

Notetaker captures audio from your computer, so no bot joins the meeting. A consent reminder stays on screen while Notetaker records, and organizations can require users to confirm they’ve obtained consent before recording starts.

The details are the foundation

We’ve spent years making voice-to-text something people can rely on. When you’re dictating an important message, one wrong word interrupts your thinking and gives you work to do before you can send it. That’s why we keep investing in making Wispr Flow accurate in the conditions people actually work in: different accents, background noise, and specialized vocabulary.

In a meeting note, an error can travel further. A wrong number makes it into the summary, then into someone’s plan. A task assigned to the wrong person can mean it never gets done.

Notetaker brings the personal dictionary you’ve already built in Wispr Flow into your meetings and uses it to handle acronyms, technical terms, names, and preferred spellings. You get a live transcript while people are talking, and after the meeting, Notetaker double-checks the transcript and creates a summary with decisions, dates, and action items.

Alongside Windows availability, Notetaker now officially supports transcription in 21 languages, including Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, and Korean.
